Shortly after the service started the shower aides decided not to shower my mom anymore and would give her a sponge bath due to their safety concerns. Please note in the 3 years we were with the Home Health Provider there was never a safety concern and the shower aide gave her showers up until she was about to deliver her 4th baby. The rotation of service was abrupt and there seemed to be a need to go to the next appointment hence my concerns and questions for the nurse were not all addressed.
